So, why choose me?

Therapy can be daunting, challenging, and a little weird. Finding the right therapist matters because we all have areas where we shine, and fit makes a difference. My work often draws from approaches that connect mind and body, and that make room for the parts of ourselves we usually hide, protect, or try to manage alone.

My style is genuine, compassionate, collaborative, and a tad quirky. I am not a blank slate therapist, and I will not leave you hanging trying to figure out how to lead therapy on your own. I do not pretend to know better than you or seek authority over your decisions. My goal is to help you build clarity, confidence, and more steadiness in your life.

I hold many identities, but the ones that tend to matter most to clients are that I'm an AuDHDer, part of the LGBTQIA2+ community, a parent, a partner, and a whole collection of other lived experiences that shape how I move through the world and how I show up in the room.
