Simply put, it allows me to put more time and energy into doing what I love: working with clients. I don't particularly want to focus on the goals and obligations of insurance companies. Out-of-network billing allows me to achieve this while you still get to use your insurance benefits. If the benefits checker above doesn't work for you or if you believe the information is incorrect, either myself or my biller can verify them as well. ​If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out and ask. There tends to be a lot of confusion around insurance / billing.

Courtesy Billing - This is when your provider is paid at the time of service but submits a claim on your behalf so that you can get reimbursed directly by your insurance company. Superbill - This is when your provider is paid at the time of service and provides your with an invoice to submit to your health insurance for direct reimbursement.​ ​ There are some third party services that can be helpful for folks using out-of-network benefits. One is Thrizer and another is Reimbursify. They work differently than one another so you are welcome to reach out and ask questions about either.
